Plasma and gas cutting

Plasma torch cutting:

thickness of cut sheet: from 1 to 30 mm
sheet metal size: up to 2000x6000 mm
custom shapes
construction steel, alloy's and colorued metals

Gas torch cutting:

thickness of cut sheet: up to 50 mm
sheet metal size: up to 2000x6000 mm
custom shapes
construction steel, alloy's and colorued metals

For plasma and gas cutting we use:

burner Pierce RUM 2500 GP with the Hypertherm HPR130XD
burner Pierce RUR 2500 burner with the Cebora PLASMA PROF 162

Cutting on guillotines

Cutting on guillotines

thickness of cut sheet: up to 6 mm (S235 steel)
cutting length: up to 3000 mm

For cutting we use:

OZAMECH FGH 630A guillotine shears
OZAMECH FGH 620A guillotine shears

Cutting on tape cutters

Cutting on band saws

maximum cutting diameter: ø 250
cutting at an angle: max. 45 °

Cutting and punching on universal guillotine shears

We provide punching and cutting services on universal guillotine shears.

For cutting and punching we use:

universal GEKA Hydracrop 55 / A guillotine shears

Bending on press brakes

Bending on press brakes

thickness of bent sheet metal: up to 6 mm (S235 steel)
length of bent sheet: up to 3100 mm (for folding ledge up to 400 mm)
length of bent sheet: up to 2580 mm (for bending ledge above 400 mm)

For bending, we use:

Press brake: LVD PPEC-7 135/30
Ermak CNC HAP 3200 press brake

Welding

We have equipment for welding by MIG, MAG and TIG.
